Broadway Brillance: Hamilton

7Taps has become a popular micro-learning tool within the Instructional Design industry, so I decided to create a course on one of my favorite Broadway shows, Hamilton.  The purpose is to spark interest in the absolute brilliance of the show as well as the creative team.

Process

Broadway Brilliance: Hamilton takes the learner through the top three hidden gems in the show and includes a Learning Objective as well as formative assessments.  The micro burst is a countdown of the hidden gems, and is organized in similar fashion: a short description, the use of an article or video to show the hidden gem in action, then a knowledge check question.  At the end there are additional resources that introduce the learner to additional hidden gems or easter eggs in the show.
